KEIJI ISHIGURI - MUSIC DIRECTING RESUME

"Collaboration is at the heart of all good creative endeavors, and as a director, there is nobody I would rather collaborate with than Keiji Ishiguri. His talent, passion, and drive inspires everyone he works alongside to bring the best they can to a project, and my vision as a director would not be complete without his input. Keiji knows how to work with and cater to individual voices, and also build an ensemble."

Nicola Murphy, director, On The Quays

"Keiji is one of those rare musical directors who can teach intricate harmonies and healthy singing to kids of all ages and make it fun!  He doesn’t just make them sound good, he makes the rehearsal room a joyful place to be.  As skilled as musicians come (he can play anything!) and as warm as can be, he’s an ideal partner with which to make theatre."

Rachel Berger, director, PlayGroup Theatre
